You guys are the best!! Thank you for making the instructions so easy to understand. It may sound simple, but if you are not savvy and you have had to go to a repair shop for most of your repairs you know what I’m talking about. So thank you. Also so many times you have to go to different site to find a key fob or a battery size!! You have everything I need right there and all I have to do is print it out and keep it as reference for me!! For the next time. lol

    Thanks again

I have got the car into programming mode but from when i press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the fob nothing happens. I have tried it several times with no luck and I even replaced the battery.

      Hi Chris,

Please verify compatibility of the remote with your vehicle. It sounds like the remote you’re trying to program is either defective or incompatible with your Century.

It worked on my 2000 Park Avenue key fobs, however the three beeps on instruction 8. did not happen, and there was only one beep on instruction 9. Thanks this saved me a lot.

My keyless entry remote for my 2000 Buick Century failed. i replaced battery, cleaned the fob. It now works intermittently. What next?

  6. Ronie Banning says:

I bought 2 fabs from your company, and the one I have been using would not program to open the trunk. If I can’t open the trunk with my fobs I’ll be returning them. My old fab opened the trunk with out problems until I programmed using your instructions. The instructions on your site said the same as the paper I was sent.

  7. Mike says:

We have a 2000 Buick Century, the remote entry does not work. We installed new battery and reprogramed it only worked for a couple of cycles then quit working again.
